WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH THIS GUY??
This guy went bonkers. This is a tiny fraction of his doings.
Don’t know him
Never met him
Never interacted with him
Seems like he just went on a downvoting spree. Downvoted my post and a million others.
I need advice and opinions as to how to deal with this situation, if this is even a situation. This behavior does NOT belong on steemit.
