Wednesday: Badminton Fun!
Wednesday was awesome! We went to the park to play badminton. The sun was shining, and it was a perfect day for some outdoor fun. We brought our rackets and shuttlecocks and started playing. It was so much fun! We laughed a lot and ran around. We played a bunch of games. It was a good workout, too!
After all that running around, we were hungry! We decided to get some street food. There's a great little stand near the park that sells all sorts of yummy treats. We got some isaw (grilled chicken intestines), which is a favorite here in Cebu. We also got some kwek kwek (deep-fried quail eggs) and some Tempura. Everything was delicious! We ate everything while sitting on a bench.
After we finished eating, we just sat there for a while. We watched people walking by. Kids were playing, and some couples were holding hands. It was nice just to relax and enjoy the day. It was so peaceful. We talked and laughed some more.
We like to do something active one day every week. It's a good way to get some exercise and have fun at the same time. Sometimes we play badminton, sometimes we go for a hike, and sometimes we just play basketball. It doesn't really matter what we do, as long as we're moving around and having a good time. It's a great way to end the week.
This Wednesday was a perfect example of why we love setting aside time for sports. It's not just about the exercise; it's about spending time together, laughing, and creating fun memories. Plus, the street food afterwards is always a bonus! If you're looking for a fun way to spend a Wednesday, try playing badminton in the park. You might just find it's the perfect way to relax and have fun!
