Today I made a typical portuguese sweet

Hello everyone, today is christmas eve and i decided to make some candy with my mum. I'm sincere, I don't like to cook very much. I always leave that part to my mother. But I have to get used to it that in a few months I'm going to live with my boyfriend!!! I decided to do Aletria with my mother.

We started by adding half a liter of sugar, a large lemon rind, a stick of cinnamon and four spoons of sugar.

Until the milk is boiled, we are preparing the Aletria. we took half the bag.

And then we crush the Aletria.

After the Aletria is broken, and the milk is boiling, we add the Aletria to the milk.

Then just beat three eggs and place them very slowly while we mix. in this part I always ask my mother for help.

Then just decorate with powdered cinnamon and you're done. I love Aletria.
