It has been now around 6 months since the time I started renting out my new Villa on Airbnb for short weekend rentals. The location of my place is the show stealer, it is surrounded by Mountains and open land from all sides, which surely is not to be found in city and hence many people come here for weekend breaks. It is getting popular now and with guests coming over often, my maintenance activities also have to be focused upon on regular basis. There is a full time caretaker who takes care of the place along with other help. Whenever there are guests they attend to them and make sure that the guests are having a good comfortable stay.

We have also started with catering services, offering full day / half day meal packages, which are again at a very reasonable cost. The meals are authentic of the region and everyone enjoys these local cuisines. Everyone who visits the place leaves with a happy heart and that's what brings me joy. It is very difficult to make every guest happy, because each guests has their own demands. Me and my team have been successful in taking care of each of our guests demands so far.

We have been getting some very good reviews of our property, the facilities we provide and also of our services and the caretaker, which gives me immense joy.
