#Friday's perfect braai meal for supper..

Delicious salad, rump steak, garlic grilled bread.

This is one of the nicest meals we have enjoyed this week.

Salad,

Snapper peas
Gouda cheese
Tomato
Cucumber

Steak,

Matured Rump steak with the perfect amount of fat on the top.

Marinaded in my husbands own recipe marinade.. then grilled on top of his braai (barbeque, grill,, it goes by many names.)
'I tried hard,, but he refuses to share the marinade recipe with me' ,,, Sorry!

Then... We are lucky enough to have a family owned business who creates the most amazing 'braai buns' they sell them in fresh form packed in packets of 6 squares per pack, each one filled with the perfect ratio of garlic/butter mix. Once placed on the grill and toasted to perfection, the garlic butter simply melts in your mouth along with a morsel of the perfectly aged, marinaded steak.. all topped off with the fantastic natural flavoured salad on the side.
