I like Dan Larimer but as a project creator myself i find it difficult to abandon one's baby unless it's grown into a monster. I think Dan saw many projects he created not do the things he wanted. What you create and what the creation becomes is sometimes out of control. I think in hive and steem he found utter dissapointment. Although we've seen much good in the projects some of us.. I don't think they became their full potential of what Dan and both Ned wanted. It's many reasons why i won't comment on but i will say i feel like he's been optimistic ever since to find what he meant to build

So maybe he keeps leaving until he builds the system that he really wanted.
