How I Almost Died Doing Krav Maga!
This Nov. before my 35th birthday, I tested for the Orange Belt in Krav Maga. After a grueling 4.6 hr exam that put me in the ER for rhabdo, I finally got it. Here's an embarrassing video of a simulated group attack, executed towards the END of the exam.
