Pranayama : Breathing method.
My heartfelt respect to all the members of the Hive family Friends, today I am going to tell you about Pranayama. Pranayama is a very ancient Indian breathing exercise. Which helps a lot in keeping the human body healthy and fit.
Controlling the breath we take consistently is an art. It is important to do this regularly and consistently every day. Friends, it is best to do this in the morning before sunrise. So waking up early in the morning, before sunrise, is a very good habit. It is necessary to learn Pranayama properly from a guide.
I have learned meditation and pranayama from many gurus in India. If the breathing method is performed incorrectly, it can also cause harm. Therefore, it is better to do it under someone's guidance. Nowadays, many big yoga gurus also have online classes, but learning face-to-face is a different thing. After that, it is good to do meditation. I wake up every morning, two hours before sunrise. I do some warm-up exercises, pranayama, meditation, etc. There are many benefits to getting up in the morning. Therefore, first we should understand what happens in the morning, which is good for our health. Nascent oxygen is highest in the atmosphere before sunrise.
Nascent oxygen combines with hemoglobin in the blood to form oxyhemoglobin in the body. Our bodies' energy is filled by oxyhemoglobin. It gives us more strength and balances the acid level of our blood; hence, waking up in the morning keeps the body healthy, and waking up early makes our mind feel better and more satisfied.
Due to less traffic of thoughts in the morning, we can make plans for the future. Yes. It is good for meditation, affirmation, and visualization to program the mind. Maybe you all like my thoughts; do leave a comment
