Hey... you...
what's it's gotta take to.. reciprocate?
The feathers of the Phoenix has a telling fate...
When the winters frost hits the pearling gate,
Then ashes will fall upon historians plate

Will they be pleased when the kids no longer play outside?
Run and Hyde little ones, off to.. the empty side
Where the grass is yellowed from pesticide
A tragic self committed homicide

Go and spray my hair with aluminum
Has the entire species gone numb
Or is something in the water making me dumb
Boy this mourning's sun set sure has been a lot of fun

See you all in the next planned cycle of chaotic entropy
It's the beginning of a great tragedy
The awakening of the dead upon a melody
The death of a sincere but tragically funny parody

Watch and learn my little ones
I'll pluck every forgotten tones
Rattle each silent note to their bones
Then flying pigs castles will fall to their own moans

High jumping accountancy
Rooftop fountain of hypocrisy
Golden bricked streets turned to leprosy
Is this reality, or is it all just fantasy?

Confused beheaded lion of of babylon
Your spine stretches across the empty lawn
Prisoner of the coin you spawn
May the devils have mercy upon your coming dawn

Look at it
It's already here
Look at it
Bathing in my tear
Look at it
Blood ready to smear
Look they're rising again my King Lear

Now walking over the skyline's chains
I see the why behind the miserable pains
It hurts as much as pricing the fallen grains
Back against the wall below system's flames

Fall upon my burdened shoulders
I'll carry the last of the smolders
Heat upon the heavenly folders
Burn over me and rise against the scolders

Why has all this been for|tolled
The call of Cthulhu retold
Lies upon the sands of gold
It's only a remake of the previous mold
