I just finished a 22.891km cycling that lasted about 1hh:0mm:2ss !

Was going to go for 90 minutes, but it was windy down by the water and now I'm tired :(

Another day another ride. Feeling really good, though. Nice to get a bit of consistency, and my heartrate is already improving a bit. Who would have thought that the easiest way to see improvements would be to just get significantly out of shape and start from scratch.

This challenge on Strava is motivating,, and I've logged something like 95km since it started on Saturday but @jkms decided to step up his game as well, so I'm pretty sure I won't be able to catch up (unless someone were to steal both of his bicycles).
