The ride back! OR: What goes out must come home.
I just finished a 6.682km cycling that lasted about 0hh:17mm:26ss !
Didn't wanna push it too hard, especially after playing tennis for the first time in a while. I kinda tweaked my knee playing this new SpikeBall game that all the kids are playing. I was on the sand at the beach, and I kinda twisted my knee and now it's pretty sensitive to lateral / rotational stresses.
Oh well though! Just enjoyed the overall descent. Fun ride. Got close to 60km/hr on the descent down the big hill. So much fun!
