SwiftCash Proposal - Mobile Mining via Discord

Given the discussions on Discord, I think the plan is to curve the rewards towards zero in 18 months. So we'll be giving away 5 SWIFT per block in January, then we'll go down to 4.75 SWIFT in February and 4.50 in March, then to 4.25 SWIFT in April, 4 in May and so on. The deduction in rewards will happen after the super block payment each month.

So let's fill the bot with 205,200 SWIFT per month, for the next 3 months. I'll resubmit this proposal after 3 months with a lower amount.

Jan: 5.00 SWIFT per block = 5.00 x 1,440 x 30 = 216,000
Feb: 4.75 SWIFT per block = 4.75 x 1,440 x 30 = 205,200
Mar: 4.50 SWIFT per block = 4.50 x 1,440 x 30 = 194,400

Average(p/m) = 205,200 SWIFT
Total = 615,600 SWIFT
