My Actifit Report Card: September 9 2019

Today I had the opportunity to take a walk at lunchtime. (And yes, it had everything to do with me leaving my cell phone charger in the car when I hopped out this morning - LOL.)

One of my coworkers was heading to a lunch meeting and began asking questions, so we walked to the other building together. Had a really good conversation about aging parents and the challenges of helping them with their issues while trying to live your life. She has a lot going on with her mom and dad, and she will have to make some hard decisions in the next few weeks.

I also ran to the grocery store after work to grab veggies for dinner and I walked a good bit then.

Tomorrow, I have to leave the house early for an early morning eye appointment for Mama. Guess I need to head to bed, don’t I? ⏰😴
