Men with low testosterone can still have kids, but it depends on the cause of the low levels. In some cases, low testosterone affects sperm production. However, treatments like hormone therapy can help restore fertility. However, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) can actually lower sperm production, so it’s usually avoided for men who want to have children.
