Pinkglow pineapple review

In this episode of In The Kitchen With Matt, I do a review of the Pinkglow pineapple, also known as the Jewel of the Jungle or simply pink pineapple. The Pink Glow pineapple is produced by Del Monte and is grown in Costa Rica. Currently, I believe it is only shipped to the United States and Canada. It is a relatively young fruit and has only been around for less than a decade. I think it has only been mass-produced sold since 2020. It is fairly expensive but does live up to its name. It is juicy, sweet, with a floral tropical, cotton candy taste.
