3 dogs are plenty!
Having three dogs would be perfectñy fine if all of the dogs were trained! My newest dog is a very difficult breed and she needs at least 2hours a day of running, to stop her being a trouble.
The other day I had to go sell gold and leave the dogs 36 hours alone with the car. With the car, not in the car
I had to tie the newest one as her breed has seperation anxiety built in (It must help in the farms to get a better relationship with the working hinter dog I guess.) and she runs off when I leave to go look for me. She is a Weimaraner, and I bet there are hudreds of these in kennels because people cant look after them and they become destructive if they cant run.
This one I took from a rooftop in November I think it was. She had no bed and no water and the owners had no food for her. She is a very stubborn dog, very bullying and dominant, but for living outdoors, a dog should gave its use to work as something.
Weimaraners are excellent bird hunters, which she has shown me already, so it was wirth keeping her and not rehoming.
This she ripped off, it was a collar.. next collar will be leather..
I only had horrible plastic rope, but thought it would hold her for an hour atleast before she chewed through it and ran around the streets restless. When I got back I had already brought thick metal cable and carabenas and wanted to make loops on the ends in preperation for having places to fix to.
I got 2 x 5m lengths of this, it is more like 6 meters as the shops meter stick looked extra long haha!
In the shop, I got the bits needed to make this into a loop at the end, but got the wrong ones as rhey were labbled wrongly.
Tomorrow I will go and got the right size, because theres no way this will fit in that whole below!
Hoping still my new things will arrive today, and the quality of them are good - that is the question!
Hope you had a great weekend!
