Spinach and Egg Soup
Ingredients:
20 oz. Frozen Spinach
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
2 Tbs Minced Garlic
5 Eggs
4 Celery Stalks
3 Carrots
1 Large Onion
64 oz Chicken Broth
3 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 15 oz cans of Cannellini Beans
