How I PREPARE PLANTAIN AND Eggs

Good day everyone, I hope everyone is doing well in this wonderful community and It is my pleasure to share the steps on how I prepare Plantain and Egg.In believing that every one will enjoy every steps I used In my cooking.
Plantains
Egg
Groundnut oil
Red pepper
Tomatoes
Onion
Salt
Know maggi
Pot
Gas.

These are the following procedures I used:

Step 1: I slice the plantain in to smaller Pieces then I apply groundnut oil in the pot.

Step 2: After pounding it on fire then I put the plantain to get dry and ensure that it is well done.

Step 3: break the eggs and put them inside a plate.

Step 4: After blending I added my groundnut oil, salt and my know maggi.
After that I stir all the ingredients so as to enable it mix very well.

Step 5 : after frying the eggs for some minutes then I bring it down.

Step 6: my plantain and eggs is ready for eating or serve.
