On a weekly time frame, ICP is still moving inside a big down channel, and this time after getting bounced from the support of the channel it could not reach the resistance and moving down. The reason for this move is that on the daily time frame, Internet Computer broke down an up channel. But there is also a hidden bullish divergence flashed on this daily time frame, therefore, a price reversal is possible, unless the priceline does not make another lower low.
