**Quick Slow Food** - Crêpes à la farine de Millet
Welcome back to my silly time-lapsed videos! With this one, I'm going to start a new series of DIY out of a kitchen... today:
Crêpes à la farine de Millet
500 gr Millet Flour
50 gr Starch
5 Eggs
~0.7 lt Milk (depends the flour, have enough to get a creamy texture...)
~0.05 lt Olive Oil
Salt
Sugar
_
Butter
Most of these crêpes where eaten for breakfast with whatever you like on them and the rest we filled with Bolognese Sauce to become some sort of "Cannelloni"... mmmmh, that was a treat who didn't last long! :smirk:
If you have a question, please just "hit me up" and I'll get back to you!
I use "only" organic grown ingredients, produced as local as possible!
And while cooking I'm always listening to the "Earfood Radio Eclectic" on vimm.tv
In case of the D-Purge go to this video on bitchute
