A messed up shot that somehow still seems cool to me
Today I had a pretty busy day again. We've been really busy at work lately. I've also been pretty busy at home, too. Tonight I spent a good amount of time helping my daughter with her homework. After that, I had to do some walking in order to get my steps in.
I finished the day with a little over 6,000 steps. Plus I also had 10 flights of stairs and 40 active zone minutes. So it turned out to be a pretty good day overall.
Continuing with the theme: Each night I post the song that was playing as I ended the workout and use that as the title for the post for that day. The song for today was, Bitch Please II To, by Eminem. I didn't realize that this song was on Eminem's album. I always thought it was on Doctor Dre's chronic 2001 album. I guess I was wrong. I love those songs with the Nate Dog hooks though. He really was a great talent for what he did.
