Now Moment Is where we exist

There is only Now. The only thing that matters most is this very moment. I call it the now moment or the now day. There lies our power. Power to create a new life and change direction.

The past no matter how good is gone. Thinking about the past is a waste of time and rub you of your time and power you can spend on actions that will benefit you in the present. Whatever happened in the past you can change your experience right now. What you have now is a new canvass. You can think and imagine what you like and decide to do that. That is the most beneficial thing to do. If you focus on today and do your best to have the best experience and what you desire today. The future will take care of itself and your past will always be good and better than the last.

But it easier said than done. I've been practicing living in the now for more than a year. Sometimes the past can still hold me hostage and the future makes me worry. But the more I practice the better I get doing it. Now I have a lot easier life. The more I can enjoy each day. I worry very little and I can enjoy even the mundane activities.

So, focus on the now. Today, do your best at this moment. Focus and be more mindful about the present. Practice daily. And it will change your life for the better. That's a promise.
