Some days, the weather doesn't cooperate and your camera doesn't cooperate and even your dog doesn't cooperate. But, I got three good miles in on the track that goes around the park, so we'll call it a successful #wednesdaywalk.

It's meant to be raining all evening and all day tomorrow and all weekend, so I'm glad I could get out today, but it's cold out here. And windy. And just not all that fun. Grr.

Depending on who you ask, these little stone cairns you can find all over Japan are either memorials to people who have passed on, a form of zen meditation, a way to pass the time, or all of the above. I wish I had gotten a better picture; you think I'd know better than to trust my auto-focus. Ah well. Maybe next week.
