Dear brothers and sisters and friends of the Splinterlands community, how are you all? I hope you are all well and your gaming journey is as enjoyable as before. I am a regular Splinterlands player like you, and this game is my only place of entertainment in my busy daily life. But for the past few days, I have been facing a problem that has honestly ruined my enjoyment of playing. After trying a lot and not finding a solution, I am finally writing to you in the hope of help - maybe some of you know this well.

Detailed description of the problem

I have been playing Splinterlands for about 10-12 days. After buying the Spellbook, I officially joined as a player and play matches in the Modern format regularly every day. Currently, I am in the Bronze II league. Like every day, I use my energy to play Ranked Battle, where, according to the rules, if you win 5 matches, you are supposed to get the Daily Reward Chest.

The problem is, I am never able to claim the reward even after winning 5 matches every day. The screen shows “5 Wins to Next Daily Reward!” and the purple progress bar next to it is filled — meaning I am fulfilling all the conditions to get the reward.

But when the “Claim” button is visible, nothing happens when I click on it. Then I see that the button is greyed out and cannot be clicked at all. As a result, I am not able to get the reward I deserve.

Doubts about the possible cause

After searching a lot, I noticed that there is a text below the reward bar — “Fortune Entry x0”, and a red exclamation mark (!) is visible next to it.

Seeing this, I have a question in my mind — is it because this Fortune Entry number is zero that I am not getting the reward?

My questions

• Is this “Fortune Entry x0” the main reason for not claiming the reward?

1. What is Fortune Entry actually?

2. Is it available through the game, or do I have to buy it separately?

3. Has there been any recent change to the Splinterlands reward system, where this entry has become mandatory?

4. Is this a problem only for me, or are others experiencing the same problem?

   

My feelings

To be honest, if you play hard every day and don't get any rewards in the end, then your interest in playing will decrease. I love the game so much that I don't want to give up until the problem is solved. So I would like to ask experienced players — what is the real cause of the problem, and how to fix it?
