Quizás para algunos de los que visitan mis posts, quizás consideren que esta ave no es pequeña, y es posible que estén en lo correcto, dado que, en comparación con otras especies de aves, esta pueda llegar a ser una mediana. Las ¨picui¨: en realidad son las más pequeñas de las cuatro especies que visitan regularmente los árboles de casa.

Some of you who visit my posts might think this bird isn't small, and you might be right, since compared to other bird species, it's actually medium-sized. The picui are actually the smallest of the four species that regularly visit trees in our homes.

Las ¨palomitas¨:  son aves muy tiernas, tienen un comportamiento tranquilo y gentil con el resto de las aves; ellas generalmente se posan en lo alto de los árboles. Son una de las especies que más confianza nos tienen; es por eso que se acercan mucho a nosotros.

The "doves": are very endearing birds. They have a calm and gentle demeanor towards other birds; they generally perch high in trees. They are one of the species that trust us the most; that's why they approach us so closely.
