Hive Rocks!
As you may know, we are right now at the Hive Creator Days in Graz, Austria. It is cool to meet the Hivers I have already known from before in person, but also meet for the first time those I just communicated with thought the screen. Luckily, we have these name tags hanging around our necks so we can recognize through the username the Hiver who we just met.
When I decided to come to Graz to this meetup, I thought about bringing a small gift to others who would be coming. Something small that could fit in my backpack, as we travel light. Something small...? Of course, pebbles! ๐
One of the times I was by the beach, I stole picked some pebbles to fulfill this goal. At home, the rocks took a bath first, and then dried on the balcony.
Then they slept for some weeks as I didn't have time to convert them into something suitable for this event. Until a few days before our trip! ๐
Our dining table became the workshop for these rocks. The Hive logo seems easy to draw, but making them perfect was not that easy anymore. Well, they all look alike but are different and unique in their way. Like we humans are; we have one thing in common - we are Hivers, but we are all different and unique. ๐
On the other side of the rock, I wrote just HIVE, although the first idea was to write the username of the Hiver who bought the ticket for this event, Hive Creator Days. Two issues with that - some of the usernames were too long so I couldn't write so small letters and fit the name on that small pebble. They are tiny. The second issue - the colour! Would the Hiver like the colour of the Hive logo I assigned to her/him... ?
I let people choose their favourite colour so that's how the Hive rocks met their new owners!
Hive Kindness Rocks in the hands of their new ownersalready. We joked that we could make a guessing game of which hand belongs to whom. ๐
So far, these are the people who got their rock, sorry for the tags guys ๐
