Hey, its me, Minna from the middle age! I just popped by to tell you'all that I was given blood pressure meds on monday. At its highest, the total pressure readings were almost three hundred. I am kidding, it was 303. It's a miracle I'm alive. 🥵
A long-term continued and anxiety-ridden stress, combined with being overweight, eating too much shrimps, lack of exercise, working two jobs, having some other issues that you cannot mention in public and of course losing your beloved dog. All this has been going on for a few years, and when you are 47, it is a fight you do not win.
