No, let's not cancel Mel Gibson.

This writer is a fucking idiot and failed actor who is taking out his failures on others in Hollywood. It screams of "why can't I get hired but HE does?"
It's jealousy.
It's the same attitude as most film school "teachers."
"Boo hoo it's not fair I have to take everything thrown my way but this man (with a well known successful track record) keeps being hired and its not fair."
"Many horrible people produce wonderful art. Put me down as an ardent fan of Roald Dahl, Pablo Picasso, and Edith Wharton; can’t get enough of what they’re selling. But these three had the good taste to die. That makes it a lot easier to enjoy their output. Gibson lives."
This right here says all you need to know. Literally regretting Gibson is still alive. Fuck this ass clown.
I for one hope that Mel Gibson works until his dying day. His body of work is among the best in cinema history. I can't imagine that I like any of his personal beliefs or much of what he says in his private life - or in a drunken stooper.
If you wanna cancel somebody for hating Jews maybe you should focus on people with real political power and influence who are actively trying to get Jews killed rather than a talented filmmaker who said some gross stuff.
Maybe we should cancel AOC, the congresswoman who literally wept at the prospect of not getting to see more dead Jews. Maybe that should be the priority.
