My Noddles with Veggies.

Warm greetings to this amazing community,Foodie Lovers !!!I welcome you all to my blog this morning.

Today my kids are craving for Noodles and boiled Eggs and this morning I decided to make it for them with Veggies.

INGREDIENTS USED

Two packs of Noodles
Five pieces of carrots
Six pieces of green pepper
One bulb of onions
Few pieces of scent leaves
Two pieces of raw eggs
Little tablespoon of dry pepper
Water

PROCEDURE

Firstly I prepared all my ingredients and set aside.

Then I washed and sliced my onions,carrots,green beans,scent leaves and set aside.

Then I put my pot on fire and add a little water to boil,After boiling for a while , I parboiled my Noodles for a while and seive it out and set aside.

Then I added another water in my pot and allow it to boil and when boiled I added my dry pepper,add my scent leaves,my onions,my green pepper ,my noddles spice and then my carrots and stir very well and when boiled very well,I added my Noddles
And stired very well.

After a while my Noodles was ready.

Then I added a little water on my pot and when boiled,I added my raw eggs and all it to boil for a while ,then I bring out my eggs,allow it to cool and then peel the shells out and slice it into four pieces and keep it on my noodles.

Finally my Noodles with eggs is ready to be served and my kids really enjoyed it.
