Five Animal Qigong, feature posture Dragon

This exercise stimulates the kidneys, to make you feel more awake, and energized. It has an emotional effect of helping you to lose fear and become more gentle.

Normally Qigong is practiced in a quiet area for meditation but today my fire dragon (Chinese Sign) is depicted by my fiery colours which also represent my personality well.

Rhythm of breath and movement are very important for the cultivation of qi / chi (energy)
