Rutina de Gluteos 🍑💪 || Buttocks Routine 🍑💪 [Esp-Eng]

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes espero que tengan un fin de semana espectacular!! ppr acá seguimos activa 💪💪 esta semana sumado a mis entrenamientos diarios, estoy haciendo un mini reto de sentadillas y flexiones, así que ando más que agotada 😂 pero para ser bellas hay que ver estrellas así que ca andamos jeje pero como parte de mis rutinas semanales smhoy tocó gluteos y les regalo la rutina por aca 💪

Es importante hacer el calentamiento previo, y si cuentan con unas ligas pueden hacer unas abducciones para activar más los glúteos!! la rutina como siempre 3 rondas nivel básico y 5 rondas el avanzado, el descanso será de 1 minuto entre cada ronda, así que rezen 2 padres nuestro y arranquen 💪💪😜

Hello friends of @fulldeportes I hope you have a spectacular weekend!! ppr here we are still active 💪💪 this week added to my daily workouts, I'm doing a mini challenge of squats and pushups, so I'm more than exhausted 😂 but to be beautiful you have to see stars so ca andamos hehe but as part of my weekly routines smhoy touched buttocks and I give you the routine here 💪

It is important to warm up before, and if you have some garters you can do some abductions to activate the glutes more!!! the routine as always 3 rounds basic level and 5 rounds the advanced, the rest will be 1 minute between each round, so pray 2 our fathers and start 💪💪😜
