About Ezcast

i had one ezcast dongle and all is good, but now after 10 months that i bought it, the dongle doesnt work, only appear ezcast happy cast in the center of the tv and no more, i try to get to ezcast company but no answer give me, in the forum only answer that maybe is a fake ezcast, and no more answer give.

My seller told me that its the life of the dongle, i ask if a dongle only serve for 10 months, its really?
