Meeting notes - no more handwritten [ENG/GER]

Wouldn't it be fantastic if I no longer had to take notes in a meeting?

This is already possible today with the intelligent Recap with Microsoft Teams. This works both in a Teams session and in a Microsoft Teams Room.

All I need to host the meeting is a Teams Premium license and the voice and face profile must be set up once in the Teams client. Of course, the admin of your tennis must allow the whole thing once per policy.
Then I only have to allow the transcriptions and recording in the meeting and all participants will receive a complete documentation of the meeting afterwards. And the AI also makes a summary. For example, if I was mentioned in the meeting and a task was assigned to me, I can follow this very quickly.
This means that no one ever has to take handwritten notes on the side again and can concentrate fully on the content of the meeting.

Wäre es nicht fantastisch, wenn ich in einem Meeting nicht mehr mitschreiben muss?

Das ist heute schon möglich, mit dem intelligent Recap mit Microsoft Teams. Das funktioniert sowohl in einer Teams Session wie auch in einem Microsoft Teams Room.

Ich brauche dafür lediglich als Host des Meetings, eine Teams, Premium Lizenz und das Voice und Face Profil muss einmal im Teams Client eingerichtet sein. Natürlich muss der Admin eures Tennis das ganze per Richtlinie einmal erlauben.

Dann muss ich in dem Meeting nur die Transkriptionen und das Recording erlauben und schon bekommen alle Teilnehmer danach eine komplette Dokumentation des Meetings. Und die KI macht auch noch eine Zusammenfassung. Wenn ich beispielsweise in dem Meeting erwähnt wurde und mir eine Aufgabe zugewiesen wurde, kann ich das sehr schnell nachvollziehen .

Somit muss nie wieder jemand handschriftliche Notizen nebenbei erstellen und kann sich voll auf den Inhalt des Meetings konzentrieren.
