Self Love is ....
Allowing yourself to be who you already are.
To withhold water from a plant is to kill it, to withhold love from man is the same. -unknown

We are all energetic beings. However you look at it, we consume and absorb energy, process it and use it for the functioning of our bodies. Love is one of these critical energies that we need to live.

But, love is not at all what we have been led to believe. It is not the romantic love of amore or the passionate lust between two partners. These things are the product of sharing love with another.

Love is a primordial force.
Another word for it is chi. It is the ether that makes up the entire universe. It powers your cells adn is the same force that brings life to a plant.

To love ones self is to allow chi to flow freely through your body.
