$HOSKY Billionaires Have Gained Something Beyond Material Wealth
Juan makes a great point that there are so many things beyond monetary value. Karma, friendships, status, fun, connection. All of these can be gained without needing to have anything to do with money. And I'd argue that the HOSKY billionaires out there are richer than many other 'real' billionaires.
