Day Three - A guilty pleasure
Day Three of my 30 day photo challenge is Guilty Pleasure.
I love food, and therefore have a handful of guilty pleasures. The one I chose for this project is Strawberry Shortcake.
We are coming into Strawberry season and this is one of my favorite treats. I use Bisquick mix, with sugar and butter added in for the biscuits and mash up strawberries and sugar for the topping. If I have no ice cream, a little milk over the biscuit makes it extra soft and yummy!
