This are getting scary here

The rain last night was brutal. Even if I wanted to, making it to the shop is literally a task for a boat at this point. The river is also about to go berserk, and we are beginning to lose chunks of the road.

I was just outside our gate looking at the growing problem. This video was recorded by our neighbor a little while ago. The hopes is we can get the authorities to come out here and address the problem somehow, but I honestly have very little faith in them.

The road is basically hollow at this point, half of it at least. I think I'm going to drive my car to the other side and leave it there, just in case we lose the road altogether and end up improvising a wooden bridge or something.

I think I'm going to end up making myself a shirt that says. Water always wins.
