Hey there!
This is a character design I did about in 2018 as part of a commission themed on Peru going to Football World Cup, Russia 2018. So the idea was using elements from the Peruvian Folklore mixed with either landmarks from Russia or WorldCup elements.
As you can see the character it's an Inca Warrior or even an Avatar of god Inti wielding the ceremonial axe or "Tumi", at his feets the worldcup official ball and behind the St. Basil's cathedral...
