MT. VERALLO|My first ever mountaineering

Hello,holla,bonjour my lovely reader’s, your melcakes is back with another blog! How are you guys? I hope everyone is doing well! .Let me share to you my first ever mountaineering together with my classmates. Keep reading!😃

We arrived at 7:00 am in the morning at our meeting place, everyone was gathered at around 8:00 am so without further ado we headed to Sab-a, San Remigio, Cebu. After 15 minutes we finally arrived but oppss✋we are still not yet there hehehhee. We still have to climb the mountain. So yah lezz goo!

But of course we have to secure our motorcycle first before climbing hahhaahahaha when we find the perfect spot for our motorcycle we started our journey.

Challenging + exciting part = memorable

This is it,we have to finally take our deep breath because this is the challenging and exciting part of our experience. Take a long inhale and exhale,yesss that’s good.Mt.Verallo were coming!

While climbing ,the weather is starting to get cloudy but everyone was feeling excited because it’s going to be challenging for us.

As we reach the top of the first mountain everyone was catching their breaths.I was amazed since there is still houses on top of the mountain, I wonder how they were able to lived in the mountain despite the lack of necessities like;water,food and even light. While we were still starting to climb in the mountain we encountered a mother together with the 3 children carried a gallon of water in their heads while they are heading to the mountain. I wonder the children’s sacrifices as they go up and down in the mountain just to go to the school. But I guess there are people who really loved to lived in a mountain where they find peace.

As we reach half of the mountain we stop by to catch our breaths and drink some water to keep us hydrated and then a minutes later we started to continue.

When we are almost there ,the rain started to poured, oh no! My inner child is jumping in joy heheheh. We quickly putted our gadgets to the plastic and let our bags and clothes wet and continued our journey. Everyone was enjoying the rain, I feel like a kid in that day enjoying every bit of the raindrops that touched my skin. My inner child was very delighted yeehhhhh!.

Wahhhh…. finalllyyy,after a long walk we finally see this magnificent beauty. ITS ALL WORTH IT!👌.

Though the formation of mountains are not that defined because of the weather but it never failed us to be amazed (nature will never failed us)my heart and eyes is so full and contented as I watch these beauty🥺.

I’m aching to watched it all day hehehehe🥺but I know we have to go home so I will just captured the beauty in my eyes and cellphone. Also I will just remember every bit of these experiences so that I will be able to share it with my kids,granddaughter and grandson ,soon .This is the only thing that I will be able to share and inherit to them aside to my genes hhahahaha🤣 (my experiences, challenges and my best memories I had in life) if ever I don’t have a house and lot in the future. Kidding aside 😄

After a minutes of just sitting there making our eyes full by the view, we decide to leave the place bringing the beauty of Mt. VERALLO with us.

Another destination

Since it’s still early we decided to go to the nearest beach but we don’t have a choice because the nearest beach there is only Maravilla Beach in which it will take 30 minutes. So Maravilla lezzgo!

We finally arrived at the beach but unfortunately not the Maravilla Beach though it is still part of the brgy.maravilla but it is a different beach since this is the nearest. We ate our lunched and had our body soaked by the cold water. Our day ended with a
