Aussie Meals - The mighty Rissole
People often say that Australia doesn't have a cuisine. However we actually do.
Australia is made of of hundreds of different nationalities and this mix of backgrounds provides a larger ingredients base and the construction of altered recipes.
Aussie cuisine is one of the world's best due to our mix of people.
Here's a take on the mighty Aussie rissole which I have served with lemon and oregano potatoes and steamed pumpkin.
