I think my overall message here is to not let the discomfort of learning something new dissuade you from trying it. The worst that can happen is failure, but with every failure you have the opportunity to learn something new - and that in it of itself is a win :) We all have to start somewhere - even Lebron James sucked the first time he picked up a basketball.
