El Principito...otra vez 🥰

Otra vez "El Principito" como tema en mis creaciones. En esta oportunidad para hacer un regalo a un niño que quiero mucho, el hijo de mi mejor amiga que pronto cumplirá 5 años.

A pesar de que su cumple es este mes, tuve que hacerle su regalo en Enero. Vinieron de visita a Cuba y aproveché la oportunidad para que pudiera llevárselo.

Al pequeño le gustó mucho y a sus padres también. Es mi versión de una imagen muy popular de este libro, cuando el Principito abandona su planeta con las aves migratorias y empieza su viaje por el universo.

Espero que les sirva de inspiración y se aventuren a realizar su propia versión de esta universal y bella obra.

Once again "The Little Prince" as a theme in my creations. This time to make a gift for a child I love very much, my best friend's son who will be 5 years old soon.

Although his birthday is this month, I had to give him his present in January. They came to visit Cuba and I took the opportunity to bring it to him.

The little guy loved it and so did his parents. It is my version of a very popular image from this book, when the Little Prince leaves his planet with the migratory birds and begins his journey through the universe.

• Wooden frame 31 x 31 cm
• 25 x 25 cm cardboard
• Thick cardboard
• Reused white paper
• Tissue paper
• Yellow, red, blue and green
  Foami
• Blue, white and gray craft
  paper
• Oil pastels
• Dark blue worsted yarn
• Scissors
• Glue
• Molds

Con ayuda de los moldes comenzaré a recortar cada pieza de mi proyecto.

With the help of the molds I will start cutting out each piece of my project.

Posteriormente daré algunos toques de color y haré los detalles.

Later I will add some touches of color and make the details.

Para el fondo forraré el cartón con papel blanco y después con papel de seda para dar textura. Pintaré de negro y azul para simular el cielo nocturno y salpicaré de blanco para imitar el firmamento.

For the background I will line the cardboard with white paper and then with tissue paper to give texture. I will paint black and blue to simulate the night sky and splash white to mimic the firmament.

El marco que utilizaré es uno que tengo desde hace tiempo hecho y queda perfecto para este proyecto. Ya con todas las piezas listas solo queda montarlo y estará terminado.

The frame I will use is one that I have had made for some time and it is perfect for this project. With all the pieces ready, all that's left to do is to assemble it and it will be finished.
