Especially since ancient times, people in rural areas have played an important role in various activities including cooking using this clay stove. However, the people of rural Bengal have maintained that tradition till now. When we go to our house, we often see people cooking in clay stoves in different houses. They cook various dishes in this stove using straw or wood. However, I have known since childhood that cooking in a straw stove is really fun. Especially when my mother was alive. At that time, we cooked and ate in a straw stove. And the cooking of my mother's hands seems to be the best in the world. She may not be in this world anymore. But the taste of my mother's hands is still in my mouth. Let's cook in a clay stove and enjoy the endless natural taste.

Especially in the city, you can never see such a clay stove, which is very difficult to find. Especially in our rural Bengal, even though electronic stoves and gas stoves have influenced our lives, clay stoves are still used in some houses in some places. Even now, people in rural areas mostly use clay stoves and retain the uniqueness of their traditions. The taste of cooking in clay stoves is incomparable.

You can definitely call the earthen stove a carrier of tradition. Because this ancient tradition is very important for human life and helps in living a normal life and reducing expenses. People cook various types of food in this traditional earthen stove made of wood or bamboo. People use earthen stoves to satisfy their daily hunger, especially during big weddings. There are still many earthen stoves in our villages that I cannot count. We all have to maintain this traditional tradition. However, I do not like cooking with gas stoves and electric stoves at all. Rather, when I cook on an earthen stove, I get the taste of mother's cooking.

However, these selected soils are usually below the normal level of the soil. Which people can understand by looking at the color and hardness of this soil.
