It all started, as you all know, when in 2008 a person or group of people published a paper defining what blockchain is and how it works, a kind of decentralized, encrypted, unalterable accounting journal, resistant to censorship and who is not affected by borders.

The next evolutionary leap is Dfinity, a development of the DFINITY Foundation, a non-profit foundation created in 2017 and based in Zug (Switzerland) that is responsible for supporting and financing this project that consists of a kind of cloud but with an infrastructure based on blockchain technology known as Internet Computing (IC).

El siguiente salto evolutivo es Dfinity, un desarrollo de la DFINITY Foundation una fundación sin ánimo de lucro creada en 2017 y con sede en Zug(Suiza) que se encarga de apoyar y financiar este proyecto que consiste en una especie de nube pero con una infraestructura basada en tecnología blockchain conocida como Internet Computing (IC).

This internet computer can connect to the current internet and deploy on it its public and private applications of global reach but on a secure access infrastructure and open access, it could be said that when you access this network it is like opening a session on a computer where you have all software available.

Este internet computer puede conectarse al internet actual y desplegar sobre ella sus aplicaciones públicas y privadas de alcance global pero sobre una infraestructura de acceso segura y de acceso abierto, se podría decir que cuando accedes a esta red es como abrir una sesión en un ordenador donde tienes todo software a tu disposición.
