• What I see : a guy falling down the stairs
• What I feel : must have been all dressed up and excited for an outing until the incident, but my concern is ; what's his response to the fall.

And great was the Fall.

Was getting elated
Having rosen to an height
Felt like he'd finally made it
And then he fell
And great was the fall.

Bag of pride in the air
Sunglasses threw shades at him,
The pit ready to receive him.
Blue to the marrow.

His feet knew how to be in sneakers,
But the fall was too loud to be clandestine,
His ankles might be covered by insurance,
But his heels where going down the hills.

He was on shorts,
Now he's short of words to the knees.
