The Reason We Cannot Sleep at Night

Hello friends, I am again present in this community with a new feeling.. As you guys gave me a very good response on my last post, so today our topic is why does it not come so easily to sleep at night. As you guys might have felt that there is work, responsibilities and tiredness during the day and it should be that if you keep your head down then you will fall asleep but the opposite happens.

As we lay down on the bed, our body would be tired but our mind would immediately become active and go into our old memories, those days which we would have spent with our parents, their smiles and our dreams, everything would come to our mind. Life is unpredictable, in such a situation a person thinks and it happens. Those people whom we never want to lose, they get separated from us as if we had never met.

This past also attacks us, these memories, some remember, some forget and all are big problems, today's feature, how to survive. How do we settle our life, overthinking, a thought comes every second and this continues, people are saying, switch off the lights, so go and steal the mobile. But people, this new thing is a big problem, how to switch off the mind.

The real problem is that voice which is never silenced. Night never lies, it shows you your true face and we are more a part of ourselves than of sleep, that is why we cannot sleep at night.
