Hola amigos de Hive, y Actifit espero que hayan tenido un feliz fin de semana, hoy les comparto mi sesión de ejercicios realizados el día de ayer. 🦾
Pasé toda la semana entrenando duro, gracias a dios estoy bien para arrancar con todo esta semana. Mi amigo Brando me ayudó a sacar las fotos. 😅
Esta es mi primera publicación utilizando la daap de actific, espero ser contante publicando en esta comunidad y mostrando mis progresos a través de la aplicación.

I spent all week training hard, thank god I'm well to start with everything this week. My friend Brando helped me to take the pictures. 😅
This is my first post using the actific daap, I hope to be contant posting in this community and showing my progress through the app.
