looking for happiness

Happiness is not found looking for geographical cures for your ailments.

Many of us, try to fill the hole of divine dimensions with everything else, call alcohol, drugs, chocolates, donuts, boyfriends, games, sex, shopping, competition and the endless affirmation of others, no matter what we put in that place , we still feel empty because nothing can fill that hole, but God.

In my personal search, I found a Christian friend who told me these words:

pray with a humble and grateful heart.

God is the answer, but now what is your question?

Make a life of prayer, in my life I have gone through many things that have taken me from one place to another, and many times I have felt very bad. but the only thing that has kept me on my feet is God. but all this has helped me to contemplate my life as a prayer, as a gift for others, every day I connect with God, to my source of power, so that I remain clearly tuned 24 hours.

breathe in me, Holy Spirit, so that my thoughts can be holy.

Act in me, Holy Spirit, so that my work can also be holy.

Strengthen me, Holy Spirit, so that I only love what is holy.

Then I stop to put my hands on my head and ask God to bless what I think. and I place my hand in my heart and I ask God to bless what I feel.

In this way, I travel through the day with the awareness that I am covered.
