Forgive and forget

My friends and beautiful members of the community.

I hope everyone is okay Forgive and forget what does it mean many people just say that I forgive u but they dont remove the hate built in their heart they just say it but there are good people that's forgive And forget is easy thing for them ,if they wNt to forgive something they forgive and when they forgive they forget it and everything about it and that's the reason they are the good souls and a good people,

So forgive And forget if someone hurts you forgive them and if u are thinking about the accident that hurts your emotion or anything that hurts just forgive and forget and move on life is short u need to spend it in good not in bad,
