HIVE OPEN MIC WEEK 254- DEAR DADDY FREESTYLE BY MANDREL MYKELS (A TRIBUTE TO MY LATE FATHER) {ENG/ESP}

Hello beautiful people, first off I want to say a big thank you to the community for this amazing initiative. I also thank Hive account@jesuslnrs for always being so supportive and encouraging.

To everyone who watched the video from the previous week, left a comment and even voted...I'm grateful, I don't take you for granted.

For this week, I did a freestyle to an instrumental, I titled it Dear Daddy.
What makes it dear to my heart is how it contains things I wish I could say to my Dad who I sadly lost a couple of years ago.

If you've ever lost someone dear to you, I hope we have the courage and energy to bear the loss and live a life they'd be proud of if they were here.

Hola, gente hermosa. Primero, quiero dar un gran agradecimiento a la comunidad por esta increíble iniciativa. También agradezco a Hive account@jesuslnrs por ser siempre tan solidario y alentador.

A todos los que vieron el video de la semana pasada, dejaron un comentario e incluso votaron... Estoy agradecido, no los doy por sentados.

Para esta semana, hice un freestyle sobre un instrumental, lo titulé Querido Papá.
Lo que lo hace tan especial para mí es cómo contiene cosas que desearía poder decirle a mi papá, a quien lamentablemente perdí hace un par de años.

Si alguna vez has perdido a alguien querido, espero que tengamos el valor y la energía para sobrellevar la pérdida y vivir una vida de la que estarían orgullosos si estuvieran aquí.

Gracias por tomarse el tiempo para escuchar, espero que lo disfruten.
